Level Management, LLC offers Project Management services for Construction in Commercial Office Buildings in the San Francisco Bay Area.   We provide comprehensive management and consulting services for the development of the project, from concept and budgeting
through project execution and close out.
Project Management Services include the following for both Capital & Tenant Improvements:

  • Develop Project Budget and Schedule.
  • Review and evaluate Tenant Lease and Work Letter.
  • Review and develop Architectural and Engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Select and qualify Project Team Members and Vendors.
  • Manage RFP (Request for Proposal) process, including leveling of bids and contract award.
  • Review and administer Vendor Contracts.
  • Manage Construction Process through completion, including:
           - Conduct Project Meetings and Minutes documentation.
           - Manage Project Budget and Review Payment Applications.
           - Track Project Schedule.
           - Review Change Orders and Develop Value Engineering options.
           - Coordinate all Team members.
           - Oversee Punchlist and Project Close Out.
